The officers did indeed manage to locate the Porsche. When he noticed the police, the driver attempted to flee with his car. Unfortunately for him, his Porsche was stuck on the field path and his flight was unsuccessful.
The police officers noted that he had been drinking and confiscated his license on the spot.
In several unrelated incidents, officers seized four additional licenses on Saturday night, the primary causes being alcohol and drug consumption.
The police also reported several fights, particularly in the south of the Grand-Duchy. Alcohol was involved in most cases, however there were no serious injuries.
