After a court-ordered professional ban, Dr. Benoit Ochs has filed a complaint against a judge, with accusations of bias.

In the case against State District Court president Pierre Calmes, Ochs was found to be in the right, so the case must now be renegotiated before the Luxembourg Medical Chamber's disciplinary council.

The Medical Chamber has requested a further professional ban for the 63-year-old doctor, claiming he is guilty of violating the code of ethics.

In March 2022, the controversial GP was sentenced to a 12-month professional ban by the Medical Chamber's superior disciplinary council. In early 2024, he resumed practice in his Gonderange premises.

Dr. Ochs made a name for himself during the coronavirus pandemic as he was a key figure in the movement promoting vaccine scepticism and protesting sanitary measures.
