1. Explore an international art fair

Luxembourg Art Week will take place over the Weekend at Glacis (where the Schueberfouer usually lives). At this international contemporary art fair, you’ll find art galleries by young emerging artists. It is the perfect opportunity for art lovers and collectors alike to have a look at cutting edge contemporary art. The galleries will open for the public at 10.30 am each day, and a ticket will cost you €15.
You can find more information on their website. On Friday evening the Casino Luxembourg is also hosting an opening party curated by a collective of artists and performers.

2. Visit the Wanter Feeling festival

From Friday 5 pm onwards the Castle in Sanem will transform into a Winter Wonderland, where you’ll be able to see concerts, artistic performances, and explore a market for the occasion. You can read the full programme of this year's three-day festival here
The ticket for the whole weekend is €10 and the event is free for people under 16. Throughout the weekend shuttle buses will bring you from parking lots around the site to the castle itself. Check the website for the exact running times.

3. Teach your children about science interactively
What:Â Science Festival 2023

At this free event, children of all ages are welcomed to participate in free workshops to learn about all aspects of science. Guests are allowed hands-on access to all exhibits and can experience the wonders of our world in a whole new way. This year the programme also includes four interactive shows. 4. British Comedy Night
What: L'essentiel du rire - British Comedy Night

The fourth edition of the l’essentiel du rire festival in Differdange presents the British Comedy Night. Five comedians will host one night completely in English, all about British comedy. You may know one of the comedians, featured on the show Capitani: Anne Klein, born in Luxembourg and trained in London. The show will start at eight. A ticket to the show costs €34.
5. Visit an expo all about cars in Luxembourg

Over the weekend, Luxexpo will be the host of the International Motor Show. It's the place to be for enthusiasts and car aficionados in the Grand-Duchy. The event will feature a dazzling array of exhibitions and shows, all dedicated to the world of cars and automotive innovation. All guests will receive a 20 euro voucher from the airline, as well.
6. Go to an album release show

After releasing his debut album In my Head in September 2023 and embarking on an Europe Tour, the British-born, Luxembourg-based artist Josh Island is celebrating this debut album and closing his tour on Saturday at the Centre Culturel opderschmelz in Differdange.
7. Throwback to the 80's

On Saturday evening, one of the most popular night clubs in the city is throwing it back to the 80’s. If you are in the mood for a hit of nostalgia, this might be the place for you. The event is 21+ and a ticket will cost you €21.50. The 80’s vibes will start at 10 pm and go on until 3 am.
