The organiser, Patrice Cerignat, who came all the way from the south of France, hopes to assemble a group of people to protest peacefully.
The event is supposed to run smoothly and respecting Luxembourg's laws, the organiser stated.
Nevertheless, the manifestation, as of now, has not gained a significant number of followers. Despite the lack of interest, the police has closely followed the interest in the manifestation and taken all the necessary precautionary measures.
