
The firm had been founded in July 2015 and managed to run down debts of €350,000 within the space of eleven months. The firm's address had no post box and employees had to use their own vehicles and tools on constructions sites, which all sparked suspicion concerning the firm's practises.
The main defendant, the manager of the firm, had died prior to the trial. On Thursday, the court sentenced the remaining defendants to various fines. Two were fined €500 and two were fined €1,000.
