The emergency services deployed multiple units Thursday evening to respond to four consecutive accidents.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to four separate accidents across Luxembourg Thursday evening, resulting in six injuries and one fatality.

The incidents began at 5.15pm when a bicycle collided with a car on Rue de l’École in Bettembourg, leaving one person injured.

Just 15 minutes later, emergency services treated two injured individuals following a multi-vehicle crash on the A1 motorway toward Trier.

At approximately 6pm, another injury was reported when a motorcycle and car collided between Blumenthal and Müllerthal.

The most serious incident occurred at 8.42pm in Differdange, where a motorcycle was struck by a car at the intersection of Rue Émile Mark and Rue Michel Rodange. While initial reports indicated two injuries, police confirmed Friday morning that the 28-year-old motorcyclist had succumbed to his injuries.
