Burglars broke into a single-family home on Rue de Leudelange in Bertrange, ransacking the rooms before fleeing with cash.
Later that same evening, a second break-in was reported on Rue de Schouweiler in Hautcharage. The suspects entered the house through a window and similarly searched the premises. Despite an immediate search operation, the perpetrators remain at large.
Authorities are once again urging residents to review official burglary prevention guidelines to better protect their homes.
