Alongside a fatal crash on the N15 on Monday evening, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) also responded to two further accidents in Lorentzweiler and Luxembourg City late Monday evening and overnight.
Earlier that afternoon, shortly after 6pm, a van and a car collided on the N15 between Feulen and Heiderscheid, in a crash that tragically claimed five lives. Further details on this accident can be found in our main report.
In addition, there were two further accidents later in the evening and overnight. Shortly after 10pm, a motorcyclist fell on the Route de Luxembourg in Lorentzweiler and was injured.
A second person was injured just before 2am on Rue de Mühlenbach in Luxembourg City, when two cars collided.
