The event was attended by Minister of Housing Claude Meisch, Wiltz municipal executive board member Chantal Kauffmann, and Housing Fund President Diane Dupont.
The development will comprise 67 one- to three-bedroom units, ranging from 50 to 113 m², with 11 specially adapted for residents with reduced mobility.

Residents will benefit from panoramic views, generous outdoor spaces, and direct access to a communal garden featuring vertical pathways and walkways.
The Housing Fund project – designed by M3 Architectes – includes three lots reserved for affordable rentals (Lots 1–3) and two for private purchase (Lots 4–5). With an estimated budget of €25 million (excluding VAT and fees), the development receives financial backing from the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning.
