Friday night saw Luxembourg police responding to burglaries in Lallange and Contern, as well as a disturbance in the A&E department of a hospital.

Luxembourg police responded to several incidents across the country on Friday night, including reports of burglaries and a disturbance at a hospital.

One burglary occurred on Rue Eugène Reichling in Lallange, where intruders gained access to a single-family home by breaking a window. A similar incident was reported in Contern.

In both cases, forensic police were despatched to the scenes, and investigations have been launched.

Meanwhile, police were also called to the A&E department of a hospital in Rollingergrund on Friday evening to deal with an aggressive individual. The person had previously been involved in an altercation with an ambulance crew and was deemed a risk to themselves and others due to their condition. They were taken into custody overnight for safety reasons.
