Approximately 300 motorists were checked between Remich and Mondorf and the Altwies area.
Eleven motorists failed to produce valid papers, six cars had anomalies with their traffic lights, five motorists tested positive for drugs, and one failed to present a valid driving license. In addition to the 58 police officers on site, three sniffer dogs were also deployed during the check.
