The emergency services report that a fire mobilised the fire brigades of Ettelbrück, Diekirch, Bettendorf and Tandel at around 4.15 am on Saturday.
According to the report, the fire broke out in the cellar of a house on Rue Principale in Gilsdorf. Fortunately, no one was injured.
Another fire occurred was reported on New Year’s Eve at 7.45 pm in Bissen on Rue Tautges. Here, a chimney fire mobilised the brigades of Ettelbrück and Bissen. Again, no one was injured.
