According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps, several accidents occurred on Friday evening. Two cars crashed into one another on Rue Alphonse München in Luxembourg City at around 6.20pm, with a further collision happening in Oetrange by the Im Medenpoull culture centre at 6.30pm.
One person was injured in each accident, which were attended by ambulances, police and the fire services.
Shortly after 7pm a kitchen fire started on Rue Eugène Reichling in Esch. Thankfully no one was hurt in the incident.
