Luxembourg's largest sports facility is hosting an open day on Sunday, 6 October, offering free access to a wide range of sports activities, wellness experiences, and family-friendly entertainment from 11am to 5pm.

Luxembourg's largest sports facility, the National Sports and Cultural Center – or Coque in short – will host an open day on Sunday, 6 October. From 11am–5pm, visitors will have free access to explore the centre's impressive range of sports and wellness activities, as well as a chance to engage with Luxembourg's leading sports federations. The event grants admission to several key areas within the facility, including the Aquatic Center, wellness area, gym, and climbing wall. Additionally, fitness and aqua courses will be available for all visitors to try out.

In partnership with over 10 sports federations, the Coque will offer attendees the chance to participate in various sports, learn from top athletes, and connect with the federations themselves.

The open day also caters specifically to children, who will find plenty of entertainment, including magic shows, inflatable pirate ships, and ball games designed for younger visitors. The wellness area meanwhile offers visitors a chance to relax and unwind in the spa, which features saunas, relaxation rooms, and swimming pools. For those seeking a more personalised experience, massages will also be available for booking with therapists on site.

Food and drink options will be plentiful, with choices ranging from snack stands and the Fresh & Fitness Corner to the La Coquille restaurant, which will offer a special menu for the day.
