Haken, the trailblazing London-based progressive rock band, are set to captivate fans at Rockhal Club on 16 September with their boundary-pushing sound and latest album – and fans have a chance to win tickets by answering a simple question through Today Radio.

London-based progressive rock band Haken, known for their dynamic and genre-blending sound, will be taking the stage at Rockhal Club in Luxembourg on 16 September 2024.

Haken, hailed as one of the most adventurous forces in modern progressive rock, started their journey in 2004 and quickly made a name for themselves with their unique approach to music. Their debut album, Aquarius (2010), revitalised British progressive rock, blending mighty hooks, intricate riffs, and flamboyant keyboard lines. From the avant-garde rock of The Mountain (2013) to the ‘80s synth-inspired Affinity (2016) and the metal-heavy concept albums Vector and Virus, Haken has since consistently delivered innovation and musical mastery.

“We try not to restrict ourselves. It’s not us making ‘prog’ music for the sake of it. We try to celebrate our tastes and influences.”

Now, with their latest album Fauna, Haken continues to explore new sounds and ideas, making this show at Rockhal a must-see event for fans of progressive rock and experimental music alike.

Tickets are available through Rockhal’s official website and doors open at 8pm for what promises to be a night of unparalleled musical exploration.

“There is so much music out there, it is so easy to be forgotten – we feel very lucky to be doing what we are doing, prog fans are loyal”

If you rather want to win your tickets, however, then all you have to do is send a message to the Today Radio studio at +352 621 525 000, answering the following question: what’s the animal on the cover of Haken’s latest album?
