
Motorists in Luxembourg will face higher fuel costs this weekend, as prices for several petroleum products are set to increase from Saturday at midnight.
The price of 95-octane petrol will rise by 1.7 cents to reach €1.646 per litre, while 98-octane petrol will see a larger increase of 4.4 cents, bringing the new price to €1.824 per litre.
Diesel will also become more expensive, with the price per litre increasing by 1.8 cents to €1.610.
For those using heating oil (10 ppm), the price will go up by 1.8 cents, meaning that from Saturday it will cost €1.093 per litre.
