One dead and several injured in major collision between bus and two cars

A serious accident involving a bus and two cars on the B327 between Gödenroth and Kastellaun in Rhineland-Palatinate left one person dead and several others injured on Thursday morning.

The accident occurred at around 7am on Thursday on the B327 road between Gödenroth and Kastellaun in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. According to information from Koblenz police, a collision took place involving a scheduled service bus carrying 19 passengers, among them several children, as well as two cars.

Police reported that one person lost their life at the scene, while several other people sustained minor injuries.

Emergency services are currently at the scene, and the road remains closed in both directions as rescue operations continue.
