
The campaign raises awareness in order to promote gender balance.
According to Taina Bofferding, who currently serves as Minister of Equality between Women and Men, it would only be fair if women were represented in the same decision-making positions as their male counterparts. This would also contribute towards a more just and inclusive society as a whole, she argued.
Over the coming days, a number of awareness-raising activities inviting citizens to embrace change will be organised in different public places and cities across the country

A panel discussion on the topic - in collaboration with Luxembourg's National Council of Women - will take place on Thursday 16 May. Guests from a diverse range of fields such as justice, entrepreneurship, the arts, research, civil society, and from a number of communes will consider “diversity as a catalyst and European blueprint” in order to address concrete challenges in both professional and public life.
