At around 7.40pm, two cars collided on Route d’Ettelbruck in Diekirch.
At about 10.30pm, two vehicles collided on the A1 motorway heading towards Luxembourg City, between Kirchberg and the Cents tunnel.
Later, at approximately 11.15pm, a car was involved in an accident on the CR105 between Eischen and Hobscheid. In addition to local firefighters and an ambulance, emergency services were also dispatched to the scene.
Each of the three incidents left one person injured.
Also around 10.30pm, a portable toilet on a construction site caught fire on Rue Neuve in Hagen, though the incident caused material damage only, with no injuries reported.
