Thunderstorms and heavy rainfall (more than 15 liters per square meter) are expected to pay the Grand Duchy a visit tonight. The rainfall will travel from the southeast to the northwest of the country.
Meteolux have issued a yellow weather alert from 1am to 7am. Border regions will also be affected.
Drivers should be extra careful as there will be a considerable risk of aquaplaning on Luxembourg's streets.
