On Saturday evening, some 20 people got involved in a general brawl on Rue de Bettembourg in Frisange.
When the police arrived, things appeared to have calmed down and people had returned home.
Two people, who had intervened to break up the fight, sustained minor injuries. They were treated in situ by paramedics.
