
On Sunday night, a man repeatedly called 113 threatening the police station and its officers in Esch.
According to the police, they located the man and found a small handsaw and carpet knife during a body check.
The man was taken to the police station where he continued to behave provocatively and uncooperatively. He also voiced further threats to the officials.
Although his breath test came back negative, he was detained on the public prosecutor’s orders. On Sunday afternoon, he appeared in front of the examining magistrate.
Another man appeared before the examining magistrate as he had beaten up and injured his partner in their shared apartment. The magistrate ordered an arrest warrant.
