The first incident occurred on Sunday around 1.30pm in Echternach. The police were called to intervene because a man was threatening another man with a small knife. A police patrol arrived and immobilised the aggressor, who was intoxicated. He was admitted to the hospital for a check-up, and detained.
Around 11.30pm in the evening, a man attracted attention while vandalising and displaying aggressive behaviour in Schouweiler. He was found to be inebriated, and was arrested after a hospital check-up.
