It looks like there is a second court case against Tun Tonnar just around the corner.

Barely three weeks after the acquittal of Tonnar (the son of musician Serge Tonnar) in the case about his song FCK LXB, which stands for "Féck Lëtzebuerg" ("Fuck Luxembourg"), the prosecution has appealed against the original verdict.

The song had rubbed some people, notably those belonging to the ADR and déi Konservativ the wrong way, particularly towards the end of last year's electoral campaign. As a result, ADR candidate Fred Keup, déi Konservativ candidate Joé Thein and another man, who had already received multiple sentences for incitement to hatred, had made criminal complaints.

During the initial court case, the prosecution had demanded a fine of €1,500 for Tun Tonnar's intent to cause reputational damage.
