Luxembourg City police interrupted a suspected drug transaction during overnight patrols in the Gare neighbourhood.
Officers observed suspicious activity between two individuals in a vehicle parked on Rue de la Fonderie between Thursday night and Friday morning.
Upon intervention, authorities conducted searches that yielded three bags of suspected narcotics and an undisclosed amount of cash from one individual. A subsequent CT scan confirmed the suspect was not concealing additional contraband.
The public prosecutor’s office ordered the arrest of the suspected trafficker.
