A coordinated alert from Belgian police led Luxembourg officers to arrest a suspected drug dealer and seize two kilograms of cocaine in an early-morning raid.

In an early Wednesday morning operation, Luxembourg police apprehended a suspected drug trafficker following a cross-border pursuit.

The arrest occurred shortly after 1am when Luxembourg authorities, alerted by Belgian police, intercepted a vehicle that had recently crossed into the Grand Duchy. During the stop, officers discovered and confiscated two kilograms of cocaine.

Acting on orders from the public prosecutor’s office, police arrested the suspect and impounded the vehicle.
