Upon inspection, officers discovered drugs inside the vehicle. Both the driver and passenger were taken to the police station for further questioning. On orders from the public prosecutor, a search was later carried out at one of the individuals’ homes, where officers uncovered additional drugs and drug-related equipment.
The person in question was arrested and brought before the investigating judge.
Later the same day, police also confiscated a driving license after a woman crashed her car into a tree between Harlange-Poteau near Boulaide and Bavigne. She was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
