On Monday morning, nine people were injured in six accidents throughout the country.

On Monday morning at 7.30am, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported two injured people near the Philharmonie.

The police also reported a pedestrian struck by a lorry on Avenue John F. Kennedy. Paramedics from Luxembourg City and Mamer tended to the scene as well as the emergency doctor from the City. The pedestrian is not in a life-threatening condition, though he and the lorry driver were admitted to hospital.

On Rue de Steinfort in Kleinbettingen, a pedestrian was hit by a car without bearing injuries.

On Route de L’Europe in Remich, two people were injured in a collision between two vehicles at 9.15am.
In Rollingergrund, a collision took place between two cars at Val St. André. One person was injured.

In Moutfort, one person was struck by a train. Lastly, two people were injured in a collision involving two cars between Lasauvage and Hussigny.
