The car skidded off the road into a field. The emergency services had to help the driver out of the vehicle. He had sustained minor injuries.
The Bissen fire brigade was at the scene alongside an Ettelbruck ambulance and the police.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps reported a further accident which took place at 5.30pm on the RN31 between Bettembourg and Livange. Two cars were involved in a collision, injuring one.
