On Tuesday evening, a motorist in Differdange encountered a string of legal troubles after catching the attention of a police patrol.
Officers noticed the vehicle, which had no number plates, driving down Grand Rue and attempted to pull it over by activating their lights and siren. The driver tried to flee but was quickly apprehended.
Upon inspection, police discovered that the car was neither registered nor insured. Further checks revealed even more violations: the driver was under a driving ban and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
The individual was subsequently arrested, and the unregistered vehicle was impounded.
