The armoured truck and lorry were not able to pass one another in the crossing between Boulevard Royal and Avenue Marie-Thérèse. It appears that a car was also hit in the collision.
The fire brigade, the police, and an ambulance were on site, as well as a police helicopter above. One person sustained injured.
The accident resulted in a number of hold-ups and issues in terms of traffic in the area.
