Upon enquiry, the group confirmed that nothing would change. Shops would keep the name HiFi International, the management in Luxembourg would remain, and the group is not planning to close any branches down or make employees redundant.
The Krëfel group owns 74 Krëfel shops throughout Belgium alongside the eleven HiFi International branches. Boulanger owns 154 shops and has 9,000 employees. The group’s turnover is €2.6 billion per year.
