One such incident occurred on Route d’Echternach in Wasserbillig, where shortly after 7am, a car was reported to be lying on its roof. One person was injured and received assistance from the emergency services from Mertert.
At 8.36am, three vehicles collided on the A1 motorway between Senningerberg and Grünewald, resulting in two people being injured. An ambulance from Luxembourg City, as well as fire brigades from Niederanven and Mensdorf, were deployed to the scene.
Another person was injured at 9am on Route d’Arlon in Oberpallen, where a car collided with a tractor. Emergency teams from Redange-sur-Attert and Beckerich attended the scene.
