Shortly after 9.00 pm, Larochette emergency services were dispatched to a fire in Ernzen. This was an emergency as people were still inside the house when the fire broke out.
The rescue services were able to extract two people safely from the burning building. The flames were quickly brought under control.
Larochette's firefighters were on site, as were their colleagues from Heffingen, Consdorf and Waldbillig.
