A motorist came off the road, hit a tree and came to a stop on the grass.
The driver was trapped and had to be cut out of his vehicle with the help of hydraulic rescue tools. The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps reported that emergency services accompanied the driver and the passenger to a hospital.
Emergency services from Junglinster, Consdorf and Echternach, as well as the police and Samu from Esch, attended the site of accident.
