Emergency services personnel had a busy Tuesday morning responding to four separate accidents.

Just after 7am, two cars collided on the A13 between the Ehlerange tunnel and Ehlerange. One person sustained injuries. Esch-sur-Alzette and Sanem/Differdange fire brigades were at the scene alongside an Esch-sur-Alzette ambulance.

Another collision happened half an hour later in Moutfort. A car and a motorbike collided on Rue d'Oetrange, injuring one person in the process. The Moutfort fire brigade and a Luxembourg City ambulance attended to the accident.

Two cars were involved in a collision in Wemperhardt at 9.15am. One person sustained injuries and was attended to by an ambulance from Troisvierges and Weiswampach firefighters.

At 10.15am, a car overturned on the A7 motorway between Colmar-Berg and Schieren. The driver was injured in the crash and was taken to hospital. Bissen, Schieren, Nordstad, and Colmar-Berg fire brigades were at the scene alongside an ambulance from Lintgen and first responders from Ettelbruck.

The motorway was closed to traffic near Colmar-Berg for the duration of the clear-up operation. The authorities reopened the motorway at around 11.10am.
