Construction at Helfenterbruck interchange (05.05.2019)

Statement by: National Roads AuthorityThe National Roads Authority is undertaking construction works at the Helfenterbruck interchange on the A6 motorway on Sunday 5 May 5 2019 from 7am to 5pm.

Roadblocks and diversions:

On Sunday 5 May from 7am to 5pm, roadblocks will be in place in the following locations:

• The entry ramp of the Helfenterbruck interchange from the N34 and towards the Croix de Cessange on the A6 motorway;
• The exit ramp of the Helfenterbruck interchange from the Belgium-Luxembourg border on the A6 and towards the N34;
• Traffic on the A6 at the Helfenterbruck interchange in the direction of the Croix de Cessange is reduced to one lane.

Traffic from the N34 towards the Croix de Cessange on the A6 is diverted via the Strassen interchange (Exit 4) back onto the A6 motorway towards the Croix de  Cessange.

Traffic from the Belgium-Luxembourg border of the A6 and towards Helfenterbruck (N34) is diverted via the Cessange cross and the Leudelange-Nord interchange (Exit 1) of the A4 back on the A6 in the direction of the Helfenterbruck interchange.

The access and exit ramps of the Helfenterbruck interchange are blocked until the end of construction works, around 5pm.
