The Ministry of Mobility will implement significant changes to RGTR bus timetables and routes, starting 18 May.

The Ministry of Mobility has unveiled modifications to the RGTR bus network, including schedule adjustments and route alterations designed to improve service efficiency. These changes come as part of ongoing efforts to optimise public transportation across the country and will take effect on 18 May.

Significant adjustments will affect Kirchberg’s bus lines as the tram network expands along Boulevard Konrad Adenauer. 17 bus routes will be modified to accommodate the new tram service. For instance, the “Europe” stop near the Coque sporting centre will be discontinued and service frequency at the “Luxexpo” stop will increase.

According to the ministry’s statement, the revisions incorporate feedback from municipalities. Proposed changes were implemented when they offered clear collective benefits to passengers and communities.

Complete details of all network modifications are available in the official ministry statement.
