European electionsBishops call on people to vote in the EU elections

RTL Today
Nine catholic bishops from four countries, including Luxembourg's archbishop Jean-Claude Hollerich, will publish a joint pastoral letter on Monday morning.

In their letter, they want to encourage believers to vote in the upcoming European elections.

It is expected that the nine bishops will encourage voters to not turn their backs on Europe and warn them of thinking in a nationalist manner.

The letter is supposed to be signed by Luxembourg's archbishop, as well as by bishops from Trier, Aachen, Liège, Namur, Verdun, Metz, Nancy and Troyes.
