The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported two accidents on Wednesday that left two people injured: one when a car crashed into a tree, and another when a motorcyclist fell.

At around 11.40am, a car collided with a tree on the CR339 between Hupperdange and Urspelt. One person was injured and airlifted to hospital by Air Rescue, with firefighters and ambulance crews from Clervaux and Weiswampach also on site.

Shortly after 1pm, a motorcyclist fell on the CR320 between Hoscheid and Unterschlinder. The rider was treated by emergency teams from Nordstad and Hosingen.
