According to the Grand Ducal Police, 17-year-old Ciana Amalia Hicks is 150–160 cm tall, slim, with black shoulder-length curls, brown eyes and a nose piercing. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, and black UGG shoes.
