Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR) has announced that its newly redesigned website will go live on 25 August 2025, promising users a clearer, faster and more accessible digital experience. The relaunch forms part of LBR’s efforts to modernise its services and simplify access for professionals and the general public.
The new site will consolidate the full range of LBR services, including the Trade and Companies Register, the Register of Beneficial Owners, the Insolvency Register, and the Electronic Collection of Companies and Associations. In place of the current interface, users will find a structured and intuitive layout designed to make key procedures easier to navigate.
This was the news published on its website 31 July.
According to LBR, the overhaul introduces a more harmonised working environment, with improved user guidance and streamlined interfaces for filing, consultation, and registration services.
The process of registering a company, submitting statutory filings, retrieving documents or ordering certificates has also been reorganised to ensure that users can carry out basic tasks more efficiently, regardless of their level of technical or legal familiarity.
Among the site’s key new features is a step-by-step assistance function, designed to guide users through administrative procedures with greater clarity. In addition, a new support form will allow visitors to submit questions directly or flag issues encountered while using the website.
LBR has published a detailed explanatory guide on its website ahead of the relaunch, and confirmed that access will remain via the existing address. The agency said it is committed to ensuring a seamless transition with no disruption to service.
