Luxembourg could wake up to snowy landscapes on Thursday, according to the latest weather forecast from Meteolux.

Precipitation this week will bring a mix of rain and snow across Luxembourg, with the forecast for Thursday remaining uncertain. However, a downpour is expected to affect the entire country, with conditions changing throughout the day.

The northern regions are most likely to see snowfall, particularly at higher altitudes, as confirmed by the Luxembourgish weather service. Snow is expected to begin in the evening, especially in elevated areas, according to the meteorological station in Findel.

As temperatures rise in the afternoon, the snow will likely melt. Expect daytime temperatures between 4°C and 6°C, with the possibility of further rainfall later in the evening. The unstable weather may lead to a rain-snow mix throughout the day.

Looking ahead to Sunday, light snowfall is anticipated in the morning, but warmer temperatures in the afternoon will cause any snow to quickly melt by the evening.
