One remaining in custodyThree officers released on judicial supervision amid allegations of police violence

RTL Today
There have been new developments in the case involving allegations of police violence, with three out of the four officers charged being released from custody, according to a report by L'Essentiel on Thursday.

This information has since been confirmed to RTL.

The released officers are subject to judicial supervision conditions, which include a prohibition on contact with other police officers at their station and restrictions on leaving the country. A decision regarding the release of the fourth officer is anticipated in the coming week.

The four officers are facing accusations related to the alleged assault of an intoxicated individual on the premises of the Gare police station in May, along with alleged attempts to conceal the incident.

It should be noted that, as in any legal investigation, the presumption of innocence remains in effect throughout this case.
