Encevo's telephone lines, web pages and management systems for client dossiers were disrupted following a cyber attack towards the end of July.

In a statement published on Thursday, the energy provider confirmed that client services would be back online shortly, thanking customers for their patience. The group is still recovering from the cyber attack on 22/23 July, the statement read, and said it would take some time to restore full services

The group asked customers to refrain from contacting customer service regarding the cyber attack, as they do not yet have sufficient information on the data breach. However, Encevo is in the process of launching an additional website for the issue, according to the statement.
