Filip Todorovic, a 15-year-old member of Karaté Club Strassen, has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the top spot in the World Karate Federation (WKF) global rankings.

This impressive accomplishment comes after his outstanding 5th-place finish at the World Karate Championships.

A rising star in Luxembourg's karate scene, Filip’s dedication and skill have positioned him as one of the brightest young talents in the sport. The championships, held in Italy, saw Todorovic's strong performance keep him in contention for selection to the Youth Olympic Games, set to take place in Senegal in 2026.

His rapid ascent to the number one spot highlights his potential on the international stage, making him an athlete to watch in future competitions.
