Nutri-Score has been developed with the help of worldwide studies with one simple objective: guide consumers in their choices. For simplicity’s sake, it has been made relying on the visual, allowing everyone to compare nutritional values of chosen products. The system favours nutrients we really need, like fibre, protein, fruits, and vegetables. It also shows those we should avoid, such as saturated fatty acids, sugar, and salt.
