For snow lovers, today is your day with MeteoLux forecasting an average snowfall of 1cm to 3cm, and a yellow alert for snow in place this afternoon.

In contrast to yesterday’s glorious sunshine, today will bring with it a cloudy start, with some mist and freezing fog in places, and snowfall starting in the morning and continuing throughout the day and into the evening.

MeteoLux has advised that the most intense snowfall may take place between 1pm and 4pm, and that some areas could see up to 5cm of snow.

MeteoLux has issued a yellow snow alert for this afternoon, in place for the whole country from 1pm until 11pm.

In terms of temperature, we will experience lows of between –7°C to –4°C this morning, not warming up much at all this afternoon to a high of –3°C, and then dropping to a low of –4°C this evening.
