Meteolux has issued a yellow-level weather alert for snowfall across all of Luxembourg for Wednesday.
The alert is scheduled to be in effect from 1pm until 11pm. The national weather service forecasts an average snowfall of 1cm to 3cm, with localised accumulations of up to 5cm possible in some areas.
This warning follows an alert for extreme cold issued by Meteolux on Monday, which had warned of temperatures potentially dropping as low as -9°C.
