RTL Today
An accident occurred this morning around 7.30 am at the junction between Côte d'Eich and Boulevard Jean Ulveling.

The driver steered his car towards Boulevard Jean Ulveling but came to an abrupt stop after ignoring the right of way and ramming into a police car.

While none of the three passengers in the first car suffered injuries, both officers in the police car were mildly injured and consequently taken to the hospital for a medical check-up.

Apart from this accident, the police also reported that officers arrested thieves in a Bertrange shopping centre.

One of the suspects had stolen a gaming console and several games worth €240.

Police found more supposedly stolen items when they later searched his car. The public prosecutor's office ordered the arrest of two more male suspects.

The latter already faced an examining magistrate this Sunday.
